Travis Tucker

Travis is one of the Founding Partners and Senior Wealth Advisors at Tower Group Wealth
Advisory (TGWA). As Tower Groups investment strategist, Travis focuses on global capital
markets and the relationship between stocks, bonds, commodities and their reflexive
relationship with the economy. This research driven process is integral to TGWA’s philosophy
of Plan Well – Invest Well – Live Well which was developed while at Smith Barney along with
long time partner Stacy Bazylinski.

While at Smith Barney, Travis attained the Certified Portfolio Manager designation at Columbia
University. The CPM program was designed to further the education and training of
discretionary investment managers. Later, Travis served two terms on the Board of Directors
working on curriculum topics to enhance the education process.

Previously, Travis was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms.
Seeking independence, Travis joined Tower Group as a Founding Partner and Portfolio Manager. Emphasizing risk management, Travis implemented discretionary investment portfolios and custom strategies for their clients.

A lifelong fan of hockey, Travis played at Avon Old Farms, an all-boys boarding school in
Connecticut and was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings. After AOF, Travis continued to play at
the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and then played for 6 years professionally in the
Boston Bruins and Washington Capitals system.

Currently, Travis lives in Billerica, Massachusetts with his wife Sue and three kids, Harrison,
James and Greta. When not in front of the computer, Travis can be found in the hockey rinks of
New England or lifting weights in the closest gym.
